Picked from core tea region of Xihu (west lake), Hangzhou where is famous from it’s green tea of “Xi Hu Long Jing”. The tea leaf is made to high grade Long Jing as green tea in early spring and this season around August it is made into black tea with another unique name “Red Plum”.
Taste tends to similar like general Gongfu black tea with some uniqueness like lower bitterness and astringency. More wild mountain spring water like refreshing sweetness along with thickness and lingering tea flavor in whole mouth.
