"Huang Jin Ya" is renowned for its exquisite golden hue, which glistens under the sunlight. Although it bears the characteristics of yellow tea with its yellow and bright tea threads and a liquor that exhibits a golden hue, it is classified as a green tea due to its unique processing method.

The tea leaves are carefully crafted into flat and straight threads, reminiscent of the renowned An Ji Bai Cha. With its smooth surface and radiant golden color, "Huang Jin Ya" exudes an unparalleled visual appeal.

What sets this tea apart is its remarkable taste, attributed to its exceptionally high amino acid content, reaching nearly 9%, surpassing even that of An Ji Bai Cha. Delight in the refreshing sweetness and mellowness that gently caress the palate with each sip.

Immerse yourself in the captivating aroma of "Huang Jin Ya," which intertwines unique tea fragrances with delicate orchid-like notes, creating a sensory symphony that invigorates the senses.

As you indulge in this exquisite tea, you'll be treated to a lingering aftertaste that is both soothing and pleasant, leaving you with a sense of tranquility and satisfaction.

For optimal brewing, we recommend using mineral or filtered tap water with an ideal temperature of approximately 90°C, ensuring not to fall below 85°C to preserve the tea's delicate flavors. Avoid using overly hot, boiling water for the best results.

Elevate your tea experience with our 2024 Early Spring "Huang Jin Ya" A++++ Grade Green Tea—an embodiment of elegance, refinement, and unparalleled quality from Zhejiang Province.

Delicious tea

One of my wife and my favorite teas in the morning. Dense and sweet with a distinct toasted corn smell. The light color leaves are resistant to oversteeping and burning and I usually brew them at 195 instead of 180.
