“勐meng海hai之zhi春chun” which can be translated into “Menghai’s spring or Spring of Menghai” which was firstly successfully published into product was 2005 year. After Menghai tea factory was privatized in 2005 year, DaYi made effort to create new recipes and new series to make the lineup be more abundant. Some are already proven very successful even at the birth year or near that like this Menghai’s spring is one of them. It got Gold prize from “World Tea Union” in 2006 year. But to us, any prize or tea review is just for reference, not the decisive reason for us to buy or not to buy. Because what we care most is taste and cost, both have deep and direct relationship with ourselves.
As a tea supplier like us, we would like to put every tea on our shelf from Dayi or XiaGuan and other relatively famous tea factory. But we will try to keep our subjective opinions away from every tea. And what we put into description should be objective and let’s customer make more accurate decision. And that is every consumer decisive.
From the name and according to official info from DaYi, we know this tea was purely made from tea materials picked up in early spring and from Menghai tea region. Regarding the grade of tea material, there are definitely not just one of even two grades. Higher and young leaves were taken as main component, plus strong and big tea leaves with stems as skeleton of the cake to add the levels of taste and make the flavor be more rich.

“从最原始的热带雨林，奉献最健康的天然佳茗” which means ” Select tea materials from the most original tropical rain forest to make the healthiest natural good tea”.
There is 601, 602, 603 and 604. What we can supply here are 601-603. Some times, the prices range from high to low along with batch number. But in realty, it is not always because of the best appearance of 1st batch, but because of habitual thinking of market. When 1st batch is requested and consumed mostly, there is no wonder that the price of 1st batch will rocket. This just make market have solider belief on that 1st batch is better than others.
