2017 MengKu RongShi

Puerh tea made by MengKu RongShi in 2017, mostly sheng (raw), with one shou (ripe) cake. MengKu RongShi is a tea factory in the Mengku area of Lincang, known for teas from Bingdao and other Lincang villages.

Shi Zhou Nian (10th Year's Commemoration) is a 500g cake made for the 10th anniversary of the factory's Yongde branch. Mang Fei Gu Shu (Mangfei Old Tree) and Da Xue Shan (Big Snow Mountain) are 500g teas from famous Lincang areas, and Ben Wei Da Cheng (Original Flavor Great Achievement) is a 500g cake.

From the Rare Tree series come Ji Shao Shu Teng Tiao Wang (Cane King) 200g and Tou Cai Ji Shao Shu (1st Picking) in a 600g cylinder. Lin Cha Zui (Tea Drunk) and Chun Jian (Spring Bud) are 400g cakes. Bo Jun (Wish) is the 500g shou cake, made for a balanced, sweet cup. With a range from small cakes to cylinders, this year is a good way to compare several MengKu RongShi series.
