2025 Dayi

Puerh tea made by DaYi (Menghai Tea Factory) in 2025, all from the 1st batch, in both sheng (raw) and shou (ripe).

The Year of the Snake is marked by Jin She Qi Tian (Golden Snake Soaring to the Sky), a 357g sheng cake. Other sheng teas are the classic 7542 recipe cake of 357g, Yuan Sheng Gu Cha Yuan Da 2 (Primal Ancient Tea Garden, Big 2) 357g, and Pu Er Fang Cha, a small 100g square brick.

For shou, 2025 is the 50th year of the 7572 recipe, first made in 1975. It comes as a 357g 50th Anniversary Edition cake and as a smaller 150g cake. Mei Gui Da Yi (Rose DaYi) is a 357g shou cake. Because DaYi limits new teas in retail shops, the QR code on the back of some new wrappers is covered. King Tea Mall is an online shop based in Guangzhou, China.
