Tea Name: Jasmine Flower Green Tea

Origin: Crafted using green tea leaves (Big White Bud or Large Hair Tea, also suitable for White tea processing) from Fujian province, and Jasmine from Guangxi province. This blend is created through the traditional "Yin Zhi" or "Yin" method, a practice with a history of approximately 150 years, and was historically esteemed as a tribute tea during the Qing dynasty.

Characteristics:

- Appearance: Tea leaves are tiny, neat, and tightly formed, featuring multiple fine hairs.
- Aroma: Exhibits an elegant jasmine fragrance from both the dry leaves and the brewed tea.
- Flavor: Offers a naturally refreshing sweetness and smoothness, creating a soothing and relaxing experience.
- Aftertaste: Provides a lingering, full-mouth flavor.

Storage Recommendations:

- Store in a cool, dark place, ideally in a sealed bag to prevent odor transfer and maintain freshness.

Brewing Recommendations:

- Use mineral or filtered water.
- Ideal water temperature: 85-90°C. Avoid excessively hot water, such as boiling, to preserve the delicate nuances of the tea.

Good, fresh jasmine aroma, from real flowers not too strong, green tea also fresh and full.
I put little quantity in the pot, and I pour quickly because it can become bitter.
