Important Shipping Notice – Australia Deliveries (17 Feb 2026)

We would like to share the latest update regarding shipments to Australia (17 Feb 2026).
Recently, we have noticed that deliveries to Australia have been somewhat unstable due to import customs clearance. Processing may take around one month, or sometimes even longer. At the moment, we are still unsure of the exact reason. This situation does not affect every parcel, but there is a relatively high chance that delivery times may be extended during customs processing.
Please note that this applies to all shipping methods, whether small parcels such as ePacket or larger parcels including EMS.
