Notice: Enhanced Shipment Routes to EU Countries for Optimized Customs Clearance – March 31, 2026

Following confirmation with our carrier, we are pleased to announce the resumption of our enhanced shipping routes via DHL, UPS, and DPD for most larger parcels (approximately 1 kg and above) to EU countries. While the ongoing conflict in the Gulf continues to impact cargo flight schedules and shipping costs, we are committed to providing reliable delivery options.
Shipping Methods & Tiers

Large Parcels (1 kg~15kg): Primarily shipped via DHL (Priority), UPS, or DPD.

Small Parcels (<1 kg): Continued shipment via PostNL International.

Customer Preference: If you have a preferred carrier, please leave a note with your order during checkout.
Understanding the Two-Stage Tracking Process (DHL/UPS/DPD)
Since we operate through a third-party carrier agency rather than a direct account, tracking numbers for these carriers are issued in two stages:

Preliminary Reference: An initial serial number is generated in the agency’s system. This is not yet the final tracking number and will not appear on official carrier websites immediately.

Final Tracking Number: Once the parcel is processed by the carrier (usually within 1–2 business days), a final DHL/UPS/DPD tracking number is issued.

Notification: We will update our system with the final number as soon as it becomes available, and you will receive a new notification.
PostNL International Shipments

Finality: Tracking numbers for PostNL are official and final from the moment of issuance.

Tracking Tip: PostNL Domestic systems may not recognize these international parcels. Please use 17track.net or the official PostNL International tracking website for the most accurate updates.

Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the recent conflict in the Gulf region, we have been clear to suspend our DPD and DHL shipping routes. Currently, PostNL is the only available option for small parcels (< 1 kg). However, PostNL has implemented significant rate increases that exceed our standard shipping fees for EU customers.
Consequently, we must limit the PostNL route to the following countries. All other EU destinations will be serviced via China Post:

If the customs clearance process in your country is particularly stringent for parcels imported via China Post, please notify us. We will do our best to find an alternative solution.

Enhanced Shipment Routes to Selected EU Countries for Smoother Customs Clearance – 9 July 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
To ensure smoother customs clearance for your tea and teaware shipments from China, we are updating our carrier services for selected EU countries. Effective immediately, we will use:
PostNL International for small parcels (under 2kg)
DPD, DHL, or UPS (EU branches) for large parcels (over 2kg, The tracking information will be updated online once the parcel arrives and is processed in the EU.)
Based on current data, expect delivery times of approximately 2–4 weeks.
The shipping costs remain unchanged from our previous rates with China Post.
For customers in non-EU European countries experiencing customs issues with tea imports, please contact us. We are committed to expanding our improved service to your region.

🔔 Important Update: Delivery Delays with PostNL / DPD in the EU During the Holiday Season (14.12.2025)
Dear Valued Customer in the EU,
We wanted to provide an update regarding deliveries to EU countries during this busy holiday period via PostNL / DPD.
Since late November, PostNL / DPD has been experiencing increased delays, particularly due to the significant surge in parcel volumes following Black Friday sales and the ongoing holiday season. This high demand is affecting delivery times across Europe.
We are closely monitoring all parcels and will keep you updated on their status. In some cases, parcels may arrive at your local post office, where a collection notice is left instead of direct home delivery. If this occurs, we will promptly send you an email notification.
To ensure you receive our updates without issues, please add our email address (john@kingteamall.com) to your contacts or safe senders list.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us—we are here to assist.
Additionally, due to the same high volumes, orders placed in the past week or so may unfortunately not arrive before Christmas Eve or even New Year's, despite our best efforts to ship them as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
