Origination:
"黄金甲 Huang Jin Jia" means Golden Armour in Chinese words. Here it means HuangPian selected from GuShu (old tree) in different tea regions.
HuangPian means yellow tea leaf which should be picked out of mao cha before pressed into tight tea cake or tuo or brick etc. Because these are mainly rough tea leaves with yellow or even dark color and not good shape like others. But it is unavoidable and it just needs to be separated manually.
Taste:
Tough it has not appealing appearance, but the taste note is always sweet and also because of the rough stems, the steeping times can be more than general tea leaves. Also the taste also reflect different tea flavors from different tea regions. So including DaYi, many tea factories or brands collected these HuangPian and take out really bad ones and press left into cake as special product.
