Produced by the renowned Wuzhou Tea Factory (Sanhe Brand), this 2016 Mi Zhuan Liu Bao brick is crafted from select aged Liu Bao tea fragments, mostly composed of tender buds and some older materials. The aging began in October 2013, and the tea was pressed and released in April 2016.
The tea liquor is a deep, clear reddish color—rich, bright, and transparent. Its aroma carries a distinct betel nut note characteristic of well-aged Liu Bao, with subtle aged undertones. The taste is smooth, mellow, and pleasantly thick, offering a gentle sweetness and clean finish. Lightly fermented, it delivers the comforting depth of traditional Liu Bao without heaviness.
This tea offers excellent value and is especially recommended for those who focus on flavor rather than appearance. Since it is made from smaller tea fragments, simply adjust the leaf-to-water ratio and infusion time to achieve your preferred strength.
