Originating from the prestigious Anxi County, this premium A+++ Grade Tie Guan Yin is presented in convenient 9g individual vacuum packs, perfectly portioned for an authentic brewing session.

The dark, tightly curled tea threads gradually unfurl under hot water, releasing a deep, complex interplay of traditional charcoal-roasted fragrance and elegant floral aromas.

The cup delivers a mellow, smooth, and remarkably natural flavor profile characterized by a honey-like sweetness.

A lingering aftertaste promotes active saliva generation (Sheng Jin), leaving a deeply soothing and pleasing sensation.

Brewing Tips (Gongfu Style)

  • Tea-to-Water Ratio: 1 bag (9g) per 100–150ml Gaiwan or Yixing teapot.

  • Water Temperature: 95–100°C (203–212°F) to properly awaken the roasted aroma.

  • Steeping Time: Perform a quick 5-second rinse to awaken the leaves. For the first 3 infusions, steep for 10–20 seconds; gradually extend the time by 5–10 seconds for subsequent brews.

  • Infusions: 7–9 times, offering great durability and evolving flavor profiles.

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. The vacuum sealing protects the charcoal-roasted aroma from moisture and oxidation.
