[03.29.2024-Batch] Broken Leaf "Da Hong Pao" (Random Blend) Medium-Heavy Roasted Wuyi Yancha Oolong Tea

This tea consists mainly of broken leaves, a result of the filtering process used in crafting Oolong tea.

These broken leaves are sourced from various types of Oolong, resulting in a blend that is complex, rich, and thoroughly enjoyable.

However, due to the ever-changing nature of production, each batch may exhibit slight variations in taste.

To distinguish between batches, we mark each with a unique batch number, indicating the month, date, and year of sourcing.

Broken leaf tea can be enjoyed on its own or used to create English breakfast tea.

To steep broken leaf Oolong tea:

1. Place 5-7g of broken leaves in a strainer and position it over a pitcher.
2. Rinse the tea leaves by pouring some boiling water over them.
3. Once rinsed, pour boiling water over the leaves for drinking.
