"7572" is a series with recipe created first in "1975" year mainly using "7th" grade tea leaf in blended tea materials and initially manufactured by Menghai tea factory represented with serial number "2" during national tea factories in the past history period. With tiny buds covering the surface and strong tea materials as body. Decently fermented. Red tea liquor. Mellow and thick mouth feeling along with sleek silk like smoothness. Floral and fruity flavor. Tea flavor well mixed into water.

Called as "Benchmark" during puerh ripe tea world.
Aroma: neither strong nor too light; not very complex, rather light, woody and a bit floral
Taste: no surprises, tastes as it smells;
Mouthfeel: Thick and smooth, slightly lubricating
Fazit: Maybe the archetype of a ripe puerh, no bad surprises
When I enjoyed it along with dates, I found it got overpowered by the dates' flavors.
However, it went well along with omelette - and, I guess, it would with any other non-floral/fruity flavors.
In any case, after a strong meal, I find this tea offers a nicely light contrast, even when brewed strong.
