This set includes pan cake of "7542" and "7572" with each weight of 200g. Each of them is taken as benchmark tea during puerh tea world of sheng cha and shou cha.
7542 cake:
Fat and strong tea threads. Dark brown tea threads with obvious silver tea hairs.
Golden color tea liquor with clearness. Floral and fruity fragrance. Thick taste with mellowness. Huigan (returning sweetness) and saliva producing linger long in mouth. Well balanced.
7572 cake:
Clear golden tea hairs. Proper fermentation.
Reddish tea soup with long lasting caramel flavor. Mellow and thick.
Made for commemoration of 80th birth year of Menghai tea factory.
