Shipment Update for Large Parcels to Europe (February 26, 2025)

We’ve recently noticed that some large parcels (over 2kg) shipped to the EU have been delayed in customs for an extended period. Although these were sent via Registered Air Mail from Guangzhou Port, some shipments have been rerouted to Shanghai Port for export due to unexpected arrangements by China Post. We’ve urged China Post to address this issue urgently and received confirmation that they are working on it. Rest assured, we’ll continue to follow up and push for progress.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please know that we take full responsibility for the transportation process and are closely monitoring your delayed parcels. We’ll keep you updated in a timely manner as things develop. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.

To ensure smoother customs clearance for China tea shipments, we are transitioning our carrier from China Post to PostNL International for the following countries. Based on current data, the average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks:

If you are located in another European country and have encountered customs clearance issues when importing tea, please let us know. We will gladly add your country to this list for improved service.


Additionally, we may extend the PostNL International route to other countries, including:

The parcel came quickly, very well packaged.
Delicious tea, pleasant and delicate aroma of flowers and fruits. The taste is dominated by mineral and fruity tones, a slight bitterness is noticeable.
