Regarding Tea Shops with Similar Names to Ours
We have only one independent site: KingTeaMall.com, operated solely by my wife and me.
We have neither engaged in past cooperation nor are involved in any current cooperation with any other domestic sellers serving Western customers.
Frankly, we find it curious that others choose to imitate us, when there are many larger, more established names in the tea industry to emulate. The gap between us and the big players is still significant, though we are working hard to catch up.
That said, we genuinely welcome more hard-working, honest, and responsive peers to join the tea industry and build their reputation through integrity and dedication. A thriving, healthy tea market benefits everyone by giving tea lovers more choices.
In fact, we already see many such vendors emerging. Many of them are younger than us, yet they work hard, are professional and energetic, and truly inspire and impress us. They create beautifully designed and thoughtful websites, travel to tea-producing regions to communicate directly with farmers, and even participate in tea expos around the world to introduce Chinese tea to local communities.
We especially hope that fellow sellers in China will take responsibility for their customers, product quality, and service, striving to improve the global perception of Chinese tea merchants—overcoming negative impressions such as prioritizing profit over quality or inconsistent service.
In the long run, we hope the quality of Chinese tea—from cultivation to production—can reach an excellent standard. Although our voice alone is small, if more peers join this effort, together we can become a force to upgrade and elevate the entire industry.
Thank you.
