Tea Selection and Satisfaction: We recognize that tea, particularly aged Puerh tea, is a unique and personal choice. We understand that preferences vary significantly from person to person. While we cannot guarantee that every tea will align with individual tastes and storage preferences, we are committed to guiding you in your selection. We encourage you to communicate your preferences and concerns regarding tea, teawares, and delivery before placing your order. Additionally, we offer sample options for each tea variety to provide an opportunity for trial before purchase.

Damage During Transit: In the event of receiving a product that is damaged or in poor condition due to transportation risks, please contact us immediately via social media or email. We are dedicated to addressing and resolving such issues responsibly.

Quality Assurance: Each product is meticulously inspected and photographed from multiple angles to ensure its pristine condition prior to dispatch. Our goal is to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for every customer.

Refund Policy

If the Customer Wants to Cancel Their Order Before Our Fulfillment

If a customer requests to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled and shipped, we are happy to arrange a refund. However, please note that according to PayPal’s current policy, the original transaction processing fee charged by PayPal is not returned to us when a payment is refunded. Therefore, approximately 3% of the total payment (the PayPal processing fee) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is charged directly by PayPal and is not retained by us. If the customer paid via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, Wise, Western Union, WeChat Pay, or Alipay, a full refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.



Processing Returns: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Initiation: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there may be a processing delay. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at john@kingteamall.com.

Exchanges

Item Replacement for Defects or Damage: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, email us at koogyoku@outlook.com and return your item to the address provided below.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.
