Enhanced Shipment Routes to All EU Countries for Smoother Customs Clearance – 9 July 2025

Dear Valued Customers,

To ensure smoother customs clearance for your tea and teaware shipments from China, we are updating our carrier services for all EU countries. Effective immediately, we will use:

PostNL International for small parcels (under 2kg)
DPD, DHL, or UPS (EU branches) for large parcels (over 2kg, The tracking information will be updated online once the parcel arrives and is processed in the EU.)
Based on current data, expect delivery times of approximately 2–4 weeks.

The shipping costs remain unchanged from our previous rates with China Post.

For customers in non-EU European countries experiencing customs issues with tea imports, please contact us. We are committed to expanding our improved service to your region.
