This is my favorite tea, and my tea cupboard has 15-20 different teas from Taiwan and China.
I think of it as the “champagne of teas”.

This tea is simply amazing. Medium bodied, with smooth but deep flavors. Its good with any temperature water, from warm to hot and holds flavor after multiple steeps. Very enjoyable, must try!

This tea became one of my favorites. Sweet and aromatic. Good both for Goungfu Cha and "grandpa style" brewing methods.

It's really good, with a slight natural minty taste.

v93 is near unbeatable and even stacks up against some of the cheaper boutique offerings. Clean tasting, sweet, light on earthy, hints of vanilla and caramel. It's popular for a reason. Cannot go wrong with this one!

From the moment you open the bag, you're greeted with an alluringly sweet aroma that hints at the flavors you can expect. This tea offers a pleasant mineral-like sweetness on top of some malty, and floral tasting notes. It starts out subtle at first, but the taste grows and even lingers on the palate once you become accustomed to its unique taste.

This tea is better served with a higher amount of leaves than some others in my experience, around 4-5 grams with about 10-11oz of water yields an enjoyable brew after 3 minutes steeping. With longer steeps each time, you should be able to get at least 3 infusions out of this quantity of leaves.

The nose on the dry leaf is sweet, malty and intoxicating to me. The nose on the wet leaf is subtle and inviting. The flavor is honey, bisquit and malt, in a sophisticated sense. Love it.

KTM gets tea right. Great refreshing green tea.

This is a complex and full flavoured white tea that keeps on giving. This is my first cake of aged white tea and is does not disappoint. I have a Jingmai midnight white that I am aging myself and the profiles are both very similar.

There are some almost black tea undertones, although muted and not overbearing, giving a well rounded, full flavour. The tea to me is not so floral and does not have a fresh leaf taste at all, instead it stands completely on its own.

The tea is immensely warming and comforting. I have kept it in the protected bag it came in, in the dark a dry, neutral environment to avoid any degradation in taste and flavour- so far so good!

I have been on an odyssey of trying all the tuo tea I can find as I like the portable size when travelling. This tea did not travel too well, and on arrival after 4 weeks in transit it was a little dank and dull in aroma. I was hopeful that it would recover quickly. Fortunately after a couple of days airing and then into my aged puerh storage for a week or so it revived wonderfully.

The taste and characteristic of the tea is similar to a $200 cake of another tea I also purchased. I feel great during and after drinking this and it is a shame I only bought 2 tuos. I will be buying more for sure, especially given the price! Bargain.
