商品系列: Pitcher / Strainer

In gongfu brewing, the tea is poured from the teapot or gaiwan through a strainer into a pitcher (gong dao bei, or fair cup), so every cup gets the same strength. This collection gathers pitchers and strainers.

Pitchers come in heat-resistant borosilicate glass (230 to 350 ml, plus a glass pitcher with a built-in stainless filter) and in ceramic: rustic porcelain with calligraphy painting, Ocean Blue glaze, coarse pottery and Twining Lotus blue-and-white. Strainers are made of stainless steel (mesh, cage and leaf shapes), Dehua all-ceramic with 919 micro holes, plain porcelain and rustic pottery Cha Lou.

Several matching sets are here too, with the gaiwan, cups, pitcher and strainer sold together or separately: Ru Yao kiln, Dehua white porcelain, hand-painted white porcelain, Rust Glaze, Pomegranate blue-and-white and Sweet White porcelain.
