U.S. Shipping Update (Oct 10, 2025)

Dear Valued Customers,

We’d like to share the latest update on our U.S. shipping services.

For parcels under 10 kg: The estimated delivery time is around 15–20 days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on flight schedules and customs clearance in both countries.

For orders over 10 kg: Your order will be divided into two or more parcels. While all parcels are shipped at the same time, each will have a separate tracking number and may arrive on different days due to carrier handling or customs processing.

Please also note that U.S. carriers usually leave parcels at the front door or porch, so kindly keep an eye out for your delivery.

Right now, the Ocean Line shipping route to the U.S. is temporarily unavailable, so we can only send your order via Registered Air Mail. However, since the Ocean Line option still appears at the top of the shipping list and remains available for other countries (with the same shipping cost tier as the U.S.), some customers may accidentally select it when checking out.

In such cases, we will upgrade the shipping method to Registered Air Mail. The cost difference will be covered by redeeming points from your account, so you won’t receive any additional bill for this adjustment.
