Delivery Policy: Order Processing and Shipping Timelines

1. Order Processing Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. In cases where one or more items are out of stock, additional time may be required to replenish our inventory.
2. Shipping Schedule: Our shipments are collected by China Post trucks approximately between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Same-Day Shipping: For orders where all items are in stock and the order is placed before 12:00 PM on our shipping days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), we aim to dispatch the order on the same day.
4. Post-Cut-Off Time Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on the shipping days and where all items are in stock will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
5. Shipping Method and Responsibility: We dispatch parcels via China Post under the name of a designated staff member acting as our agent at the China Post office. This procedure does not affect our commitment to take full responsibility for the transportation of your order.
6. Tracking and Notifications: Once your order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number through email notifications and on the order page.
