
Tea Name: TongQin written as 桐琴 in Chinese Character which belongs to 3rd one as below:
1) 伯牙 (BoYa),sheng cha
2) 子期 (ZiQi), sheng cha
3) 桐琴 (TongQin),Shou cha.
高山流水遇知音(GaoShanLiuShuiYuZhiYin) is a well known story happened more than 2000 years ago in China. When BoYa was playing zither, occasionally ZiQi came by and attracted by the melody and directly pointed out when the melody was describing towering mountain or babbling stream. So ZhiYin(知音, understanding melody) is used for describing bosom friends from then on.
This tea was made from tea leaves picked up from GuShu tea trees in BuLang tea mountain in 2015 year and processed into shou cha in the same year. Then it had been kept into ware house in MengHai county, YunNan province to wait for smell off. We pressed that into cakes in May, 2018 Year.
High ratio of tea buds which are covered by many golden tea hairs.
Medium fermentation.
Mellow and smooth.
Clean and clear taste feeling.

Storage: From July. 2018, it has been stored in Guangzhou. Dry and clean.
*Because the original wrapper with drawing printed was not enough, so we also used white wrapper to pack left tea cakes and supply a lower price. There is no difference on quality of the tea cake.
