This tea is sourced from the same supplier of my other TIE GUAN YIN tea.
It was originally produced in early 2000’s. From then on, it has been re-roasted year by year for storage reason.
Brightness and clearness on tea soup color. The golden color seems like honey dew.
Sweeter on taste than young TGY tea and mellower compare to my another new roasted tea.
