Sammlung: 2011 MengKu RongShi

Sheng (raw) puerh made by MengKu RongShi in 2011, now with about fifteen years of age. MengKu RongShi is a tea factory in the Mengku area of Lincang, known for teas from Bingdao and other Lincang villages.

From Bingdao comes Bing Dao Yu Ye (Bingdao Jade Leaf), a 250g tuo. Mang Fei Gu Shu (Mangfei Old Tree) is a 500g cake from Mangfei, and Mu Shu Cha (Mother Tree) and Qiao Mu Wang (Arbor King) are 500g cakes from the factory's best known series.

Organic certified cakes are a theme this year: 1974, named for the year the factory was founded, Cha Hun (Tea Spirit), both 500g, and Qiao Mu Sheng Bing (Arbor Raw Cake) 400g. Da Ye Qing Bing (Big Leaf Green Cake) is a 500g cake first made in 2011, and Qiao Mu Xiao Sheng Bing (Arbor Small Raw Cake) is a 145g cake. With fifteen years of storage, these cakes have a deeper color and a softer taste than young sheng. King Tea Mall is an online shop based in Guangzhou, China.
