Sammlung: 2023 DaYi

Puerh tea made by DaYi (Menghai Tea Factory) in 2023, all from the 1st batch and all in 357g cakes, in both sheng (raw) and shou (ripe).

For sheng there are two classic recipes. 7542, batch 2301, is the factory's longest-running and best-known raw cake, often used as a benchmark for aging. 8582, a recipe from 1985, uses more large, mature leaves, which give a strong and full taste.

For shou there are three cakes. 7572 is the classic ripe recipe, smooth and sweet, and one of the most popular ripe puerh teas. Hong Yu (Red Jade) and Da Yi Hong (Red TAE), a series first made in 2008, are both made for daily drinking, with a clear red cup and a mellow taste at a good price. Every tea is sold as a sample from 7g, a single cake or a stack of seven. King Tea Mall is an online shop based in Guangzhou, China.
