Our preferences for each tea type can vary greatly, and since tea is a natural product, each batch may slightly differ. While we are not "TEA MASTERS," our experience since 2013 and knowledge enable us to source and assure the quality and authenticity of various teas, including puerh, oolong, black, white, green, and dark teas, as well as teawares. We always strive to do our best.

At King Tea Mall, we understand that taste in tea can vary greatly from person to person. While we strive to ensure you like every product, including taste and storage conditions, it's impossible to guarantee universal appeal. We encourage you to express your preferences and concerns about tea, teawares, and delivery before placing an order. We also offer sample options for each type of tea, allowing you to try before you buy.
In case of damage or poor condition due to transportation risks, please contact us immediately via social media or email. We are committed to resolving such issues.
We meticulously check each product and photograph it from multiple angles to ensure perfection before dispatch. Our aim is to provide a satisfying shopping experience for every customer.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and send your item to our address.
Gifts: If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns: To return your product, mail it to our address.
