Description
The Wen Dan style is a functional iteration of the classic "pear" shape, characterized by a smooth, tactile surface and a tight-fitting lid that ensures excellent air-tightness. The Xiao Mei Yao Zhu Ni clay is highly valued for its high density and exceptional heat retention, which accelerates the "opening" of tea leaves. Due to its mineral composition, this teapot is particularly effective at enhancing the aromatics of high-mountain oolongs or aged puerh, though its high shrinkage rate during firing makes the production of such pieces technically demanding.
