2020 Spring FengHuang DanCong "Mi Lan Xiang" (Honey Orchid Fragrance) A+++ Level Oolong Tea, Chaozhou

Sweet orchid aroma, refreshing and smooth, rich and floral on the palate, with just a hint of fruit in its lingering finish. I brew my Dancongs hard, Chaozhou-style, with boiling water and a lot of leaf. This tea delivers a strong, flavourful cup, without any bitterness.

It's been a delight sipping on this one. Nice texture, complex. I taste honey, roasted nuts, some fruity and floral notes too, quite refreshing indeed. I found it really interesting how it develops over the infusions, it was really worth the purchase.

Excellent and long-lasting.
