Clean tea, but i simply don't like the profile.

There's hardly any sweetness here, and it's deifinitely not Gushu, yet if you like aged flavour, then it might be worth it.

Checked on taobao, so there's quite some markup, but after all John's service is excellent, and the variety here is wide, so i am a content customer.

High Quality Tea

Gu shu aside, you can immediately tell when prying into the cake that the material is quite nice. Not too compressed and the exterior is not simply window dressing. There are nice intact, tippy leaves throughout the cake. Maybe a little less of an aged component than I hoped, but it has definitely developed nicely. Lively and fairly complex notes with that nice gentle high elevation profile. Worth the price and picking it up.
