Explore the exquisite Li Shan tea, originating from the renowned Li Shan tea region in Nan Tou County, Taiwan. Grown at elevations ranging from 1800 to 2000 meters, this tea, harvested in the spring of 2024, is a testament to the high-quality tea cultivation practices of the area.

Each tea leaf consists of one bud with 2-3 leaves, a standard of selection that ensures the finest quality. The fermentation process is kept light, and the leaves are not roasted, preserving their natural flavor profile. This tea is classified as A+++, a grade that surpasses standard daily teas in quality.

For optimal preservation, refrigeration is recommended.

Taste Profile:
The tea leaves, processed to a fine, powder-like texture, release a delightful floral and fruity aroma.

The infusion yields a golden liquor with a hint of greenish tint, characterized by its brightness and clarity.

The taste is thick and varied, exuding natural elegance and richness.

Notable for its ‘Huigan’ (returning sweetness), the aftertaste is pleasantly sweet and stimulates saliva production, offering a soothing and energizing experience.

This tea comes highly recommended for both new and seasoned tea drinkers.

• Packaging: Available in quantities of 100g or more, vacuum-sealed to ensure the tea remains fresh and retains its high quality.

Good initial fragrance, bad first brew

This tea smells incredible dry yet falls incredibly flat when brewed. A group of us doing a tasting found that it tastes almost like nothing when brewed like a typical Taiwanese rolled ball oolong.
