Introduction to Our Shipping Process
Once we receive your order, we will do our best to pack your parcel promptly. After packing, we will scan the tracking code and mark the order as “Fulfilled” on the order page, at which point you will receive an email update.
For tracking your package, we recommend using 17track.net, as it provides a smoother and more reliable experience compared to the link included in the original email.
Typically, China Post’s truck comes to collect our parcels 3 times a week—every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon.
If we miss their pickup, your parcel’s shipment will be scheduled for the next available pickup.
Once China Post collects the parcel, they will process it later that same day, and the tracking information will be updated online.
We also monitor each parcel using the 17track app and will promptly notice any delays or unexpected issues.
If a shipment problem arises, we may contact you via email, so please add our email address, koogyoku@outlook.com, to your contact list to ensure you don’t miss any important updates.
* ① We also offer shipping via UPS, DHL, and FedEx, but these carriers are only permitted to ship teaware. Due to Chinese regulations related to suspected tobacco smuggling, they cannot transport tea. For tea shipments, we must use China Post instead.
* ② The PostNL International route is unique, as we need to send our parcels to them for processing. Once your package is ready, we can ship it to PostNL at any time for international transportation.
Thank you!
