Origination:
Mainly tiny bud and the 1st young leaf from each stem as tea material. Clear tea threads with obvious silver hairs.
Originally published for commemoration of the 1028 birth year of a famous man "Fan Zhongyan" in Chinese culture. One of his descendant "Fan Hejun" initially created Fohai tea factory which is the predecessor of Menghai tea factory.
Taste:
Sweetness comes out from 1st sip. Honey like fragrance. Soon, it turns to bitterness and that disappears from mouth fast and then returning sweetness which lingers long in mouth.
Variable,mellow and thick taste.
