The manual fermentation (Wo Dui) is updated to the 3.0 version by Dayi's own technology institute. This product is the 3rd Gen.
1) Put the powder into the cup (with capacity of 200ml-300ml is recommended).
2) Pouring boiling water into the cup.
3) Shake the cup gently 2-3 times then you can drink it.

This is few levels up and maybe way above from anything i tasted like EVER. I was oolong drinker for few years, then fu zhuans and only in last few months i started exploring factory ripes. All grandpa style. How do i describe it ? 1st for ONE gram of powdered edition per mug, that came out FULL of taste. I would say this is tian jian equivalent if compared to heicha category. Brilliant value despite price tag. And absolutely perfect way to introfuce coffee drinkers to puerh category.
