Picking: 2022 Year Early Spring tea from original old trees (age above 100 years) growing at CORE TEA REGION.
Grade: S++ Grade (Super Grade only applies on tea from core tea region of "Long Jing")

Preserve: Refrigeration.
Shelf Life: 18 months.
Character: (We take 2.5 gram and steep it using Gongfu tea method to feel the variation. Each steep costs around 2-3s and longer from 4th)
Flat tea leaves like knife with solidness. (Comparatively lower grade tea has more vivid color and seems more attractive. )
Fried soybean fragrance on dry tea leaves. Comparing to less expensive tea, it has more heaviness on aroma.
The 1st infusion tea is quite impressive. Tea fragrance well mixed into tea water comes out with sweetness and varied tastes. The aftertaste stay long in whole mouth, quite enjoyable.
The fragrance turns to some more like orchid flavor on 2nd infusion. The sweetness becomes more obvious.
On the 3rd infusion, the taste is still rich and fragrance remains in tea water.
Well recommended to old tea drinker and new comer can improving experience.
Recommendation of brewing water:
- Mineral water or filtered tap water.
- Temperature is near 90 Celsius and not lower than 85 Celsius. (Too hot like boiling water should be avoided. )
