Description
The Dong Xin · Qin Quan style emphasizes a compact, grounded silhouette with a short, rapid-pour spout. This specific iteration uses Xiao Mei Yao Zhu Ni, a material with a dense molecular structure that minimizes heat loss and maximizes the aromatic "high notes" of the tea. At 120ml, this vessel is technically geared toward high leaf-to-water ratios, common in precision brewing. The high shrinkage rate of this clay during firing often results in unique "water ripples" on the surface, a hallmark of authentic Xiao Mei Yao ore. It is particularly responsive when brewing light-roasted oolongs or high-aroma puerh.
