Spring tea leaves from Gan De tea region.
"Xiao Qing" （消青) processing method.
Orchid like floral tea fragrance along with mountain spring water like sweetness.
Medium sourness and heavy tea flavor.
Refreshing taste and long last mouth feeling.
* "Zheng Wei", "Xiao Qing" and "Tuo Suan" are three most well known TGY processing methods during all. "Xiao Qing", especially "Tuo Suan" has more sourness than "Zheng Wei" but also thicker flavor and more soaring fragrance which makes them seem more traditional and satisfying to old tea drinkers especially in local area.
To new comers or people not so often drink TGY, "Zheng Wei" is easier to learn about enjoy TGY.
"Xiao Qing", during three above is in the middle and it also has both characters from both "Zheng Wei" and "Tuo Suan". Thicker tea flavor and more sourness than "Zheng Wei", but not till "Tuo Suan"'s level. Recommended for people who have enjoyed TGY and want to learn more about it.
* Please zip it well and put it in your refrigerator once you receive it. The colder the better to help it stay in great quality level. (We also use refrigerator here and pack them in aluminum bag and air pad cushion and carton for transportation)
