* "Zheng Wei", "Xiao Qing" and "Tuo Suan" are three most well known TGY processing methods during all. "Xiao Qing", especially "Tuo Suan" has more sourness than "Zheng Wei" but also thicker flavor and more soaring fragrance which makes them seem more traditional and satisfying to old tea drinkers especially in local area.
To new comers or people not so often drink TGY, "Zheng Wei" is easier to learn about enjoy TGY.
