Smoky and strong tea flavor. After many years aging, there is more caramel like taste. Low bitterness. Obvious pungency but retreats fast. Huigan (returning sweetness) and saliva producing both come fast with strength. Rich and thick taste. Strong mountain flavor. Total balance and appearance are on great level.

In 2003 year, Xinghai tea factory published 3 series of this Jingmai Organic Cake with order from YingHong tea room. 603 batch (Jing Pin Dian Cang)is the most welcomed since the strong smoky flavor and total appearance.
Also from the same year, this ancient organic tea plantation was rented to 101 tea company from US with a 50 year contract. So this becomes the last one using tea materials from there by Xinghai.
Now this 302 version becomes one of the most welcomed because of factors including "Smoky" "BanZhang tea" and "Organic Jingmai tea".
