Blending recipe using high quality tea materials selected from early spring ancient tree with ages around 1300 years or above in Jingmai organic ancient tea plantation and also tea materials from Banzhang area.
Smoky and strong tea flavor. After many years aging, there is more caramel like taste. Low bitterness. Obvious pungency but retreats fast. In 2003 year, Xinghai tea factory published 3 series of this Jingmai Organic Cake with order from YingHong tea room. 603 batch (Jing Pin Dian Cang)is the most welcomed since the strong smoky flavor and total appearance.
Also from the same year, this ancient organic tea plantation was rented to 101 tea company from US with a 50 year contract. So this becomes the last one using tea materials from there by Xinghai.
Now this 302 version becomes one of the most welcomed because of factors including "Smoky" "BanZhang tea" and "Organic Jingmai tea".
