“BianXiao” written as “边销” which means “Sold to remote place” especially like Tibet or GanSu province,Inner Mongolia or etc where people there take these tea as indispensable thing in general life even there is a proverb that “We can live without food till three days long, but can’t live without tea even day long. ” Because there is lack of vegetable so they need to take fiber and vitamin C from tea to help them live a health life. Also because of this reason, what tea they need is generally made from lower grade tea materials including many strong and rough tea leaves and stems. This brick is also made from scraps when manufacture other tea and with 5th grade tea leaves covered as surface.
