Very nice green tea

This tea has absolutely beautiful and huge leaves *. It's very flavourful, fresh, being quite fruity for a green tea. For a green tea, it is reasonably long-lasting with regards to the number of steepings. It's quite gentle, without tendency to go bitter, so even the later steepings are nice.

* making it in a gaiwan is a bit like putting spaghetti in a small pot - you have to wait until the submerged part softens and then you push the top of the leaves inside.

It is also very nice for a cold brew, putting leaves in a big glass, pouring cold water over it, leaving it in a fridge overnight.
